Do you replace Alibaba, AliExpress, or 1688?
We do not replace every marketplace search. We help you move beyond marketplace dependency by finding better supplier options, checking quality, managing communication, and handling fulfillment after sourcing.
Do I need a minimum order quantity?
For standard dropshipping, some products can start with no MOQ. For custom packaging, private label, OEM, ODM, or factory production, MOQ depends on the supplier and packaging method.
Can you source products from 1688?
Yes. SourceToDoor can help evaluate 1688 suppliers, compare pricing, communicate in Chinese, check product details, arrange domestic shipping, inspect goods, and prepare international fulfillment.
Can you help with private label or custom branding?
Yes. We can coordinate logo printing, custom boxes, thank-you cards, inserts, barcode labels, bundling, photography, and packaging checks before shipment.
How fast is shipping?
Delivery time depends on product type, destination, shipping method, and warehouse location. China-side air fulfillment commonly targets faster global delivery than standard marketplace shipping. Local warehouse delivery can be faster when inventory is stocked near customers.
Can you fulfill Shopify orders automatically?
SourceToDoor can support Shopify fulfillment workflows, including order processing, pick and pack, tracking number updates, and inventory coordination. Exact setup depends on your store and order volume.
Do you support Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can support supplier sourcing, inspection, labeling, carton checks, consolidation, and shipment preparation for Amazon FBA workflows.
How do you charge?
Quotes are built from product cost, domestic China handling, packaging, inspection, shipping, and a separate service fee. There is no monthly platform fee for standard sourcing support.
Can you guarantee customs duties or tariffs?
No. We can help estimate tariff exposure and landed cost, but final customs decisions are made by the destination country's customs authority. For high-value imports, use a licensed customs broker.
What information do you need for a quote?
Send a product link, target country, estimated monthly order volume, packaging requirements, current supplier price if available, and whether you need dropshipping, bulk shipment, FBA prep, or private label support.
