Category 1: Quality Control & Sourcing

How do I know the product quality matches the photos?

We perform a physical inspection of every batch. Before we start fulfilling your orders, our team in China takes real-life photos or videos of the product and sends them to you for approval. We don’t just source; we audit.

Can you source a product that isn't on AliExpress?

Absolutely. As your China-based partner, we have access to 1688.com and direct factory networks that aren't open to the public. If a product exists in China, we can find the manufacturer.

What happens if the factory increases the price?

Because we negotiate directly with factories, we often lock in prices for our clients. If a price change is unavoidable (due to raw material costs), we notify you immediately and provide the transparent data to back it up.

Category 2: Shipping & Customs

Does the package contain any Chinese invoices or Chinese characters?

No. We provide "Blind Dropshipping." There are no invoices, no price tags, and no Chinese marketing materials inside the package. To your customer, it looks like it came directly from your brand.

Who handles Customs Duties and VAT?

For the US, we ship under the de minimis threshold ($800), so no duties are usually charged. For Europe, we supportIOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)and offerDDP (Delivered Duty Paid)shipping lines, meaning we handle the taxes so your customers don't get surprise bills at their door.

Do you offer "Last-Mile" tracking?

Yes. Once the package reaches the destination country, the tracking number will sync with local couriers like USPS (USA), Royal Mail (UK), or DHL (Germany). Your customer can track it through your store from the factory floor to their porch.

Category 3: Branding & Customization

Can I customize the packaging even if I only have 10 orders a day?

Yes. While the factory requires an MOQ (usually 500 units) to print custom boxes, we can source and store that packaging for you. We will then fulfill your individual daily orders using your branded boxes as they come in.

Do you offer "Kitting" or "Bundling"?

Yes. We can combine multiple products into a single branded box. This is a great way to increase your Average Order Value (AOV) and provide a better unboxing experience.

Category 4: Software & Automation

How do I fulfill my orders each day?

Our ERP system connects directly to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. When a customer buys from you, the order appears in our system. You simply "Authorize" the payment for the product and shipping, and our warehouse team takes over. No manual CSV uploads are required.

Is my product data and store information safe?

We sign strict non-disclosure agreements with our clients. We never share your winning products or your customer data with other sellers. Your supply chain is your private asset.

Category 5: Returns & Refunds

What is your policy for "Item Not Received"?

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier or exceeds our guaranteed delivery timeframe, we will reship the item for free or issue a full refund for the product and shipping cost.

What if the customer wants to return the item?

We provide local US/EU return addresses for many of our clients. For defective items, we usually ask for a photo or video as proof and then provide a reshipment or refund without requiring the customer to ship the broken item back to China.
